What is reeling, and can I come if I've never done it?

Reeling, also known as Scottish Dancing or sometimes Ceilidh-ing, is fast, fun, group-dancing from Scotland. And Yes! Please come! The dances are so simple you can learn them as you dance, and reelers are famously friendly, so everyone around you will show you what to do if you get lost.

Where will it take place?

St Columba's Church, Pont Street, Knightsbridge, London

What time will it start?

Doors open at 6pm. Dancing will start at 6.30pm

What should I wear?

Anything you want. This will be a casual evening, so don't feel the need to dress up. However if you want to dress up, go for it, kilts are VERY welcome! One thing: because of the floor we'll be on, PLEASE DO NOT WEAR HIGH HEELS

Will you feed me?

Yes, there will be a buffet in the break between the two dancing sessions, unlimited free soft drinks available at all times, and alcohol on sale.
